LAFC vs Columbus Crew Highlights
LAFC paid a visit to Mapfre Stadium in Columbus Saturday night looking to take down the Crew.
Mark-Anthony Kaye opened the scoring with a sublime left-footed touch that trickled around Joe Bendik and curled inside the post. Whether he was shooting or trying to set up the waiting Ramirez is between Kaye and his god, but he coolly sold it off as intentional.
Diomande and Vela then iced the game in the waning moments with back-to-back goals, the first off a complete miscommunication that left Josh Perez with an open net, which he somehow missed and bounced off the woodwork to Dio. And the second saw Vela slalom through a demoralized Crew defense and do what he does best with his left foot.
LAFC now zag back across the country to play FC Dallas in a rare Thursday night match up at Banc of California Stadium.
