TicketManager signs deal with LAFC becoming their official corporate ticket management provider

Provider of premium ticket inventory management TicketManager signs deal with LAFC following an official announcement. The deal extends to a sponsorship with the MLS team and includes a multiyear agreement that grants TicketManager the rights to act as the Los Angeles Football Club’s official corporate ticket management solution. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

LAFC was selected by the provider because of their second-largest U.S. market and that the franchise books various special events at Banc of California Stadium in addition to the soccer matches. As TicketManager signs deal with LAFC, their technology will integrate with the team’s ticketing system, which could be Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Tickets.com, or Paciolan. TicketManager doesn’t work with individual ticket buyers or brokers, only with corporate clients and teams.

“LAFC knows live events drive business for companies of all sizes and we’re excited to partner with them to change the game,” statedTicketManager CEO and Co-Founder Tony Knopp. “With our tools and tech, companies will be able to easily get tickets into the right hands and leverage the ability to re-sell them on the days they can’t use.”

After TicketManager signs deal with LAFC, the MLS team’s partners can now manage all of their LAFC tickets in one location thanks to TicketManager’s platform. Together, they will collaborate to help businesses better understand their ticket investments in real time, exchanging reports on which tickets have been transferred and even which have been scanned at the gate. Corporate clients are putting a greater emphasis on reducing unused tickets, and the technology will help overcome the issue of ticket resale elsewhere from the platform.

Overall, the deal will help them all achieve the highest ROI from LAFC ticket sales. They’ll be able to buy and sell tickets in a private exchange, providing them more access which helps establish a community of businesses that support the LA football club. Also, reselling tickets for all live events in Southern California including baseball, football, basketball, hockey, and college sports, will be free for LAFC’s corporate customers.
