Steve Cherundulo featured as coach of Week 5 MLS Team of the Week
Los Angeles FC coach Steve Cherundolo, center back Jesus David Murillo, and defensive midfielder Ilie Sánchez all made the Week 5 MLS Team of the Week. LAFC’s 4-2 victory over Orlando City SC continued their undefeated hot streak, which earned Steve Cherundolo the best coach award. Jesus David Murillo scored one goal and had one assist while midfielder Ilie Sánchez scored his first goal with LAFC.
With 13 points and leading the Western Conference in first place, LAFC will star in the first episode of El Trafico this season when they face the LA Galaxy this upcoming Saturday, April 9.
