Chicho Arango earns his spot in the Week 22 MLS Team of the Week

LAFC’s Cristian Chicho Arango was selected to the Week 22 MLS Team of the Week after scoring one goal while assisting on another in a 2-0 victory for the Black and Gold over Sporting Kansas City. Chicho provided the assist for Gareth Bale’s first ever goal since his debut in the MLS this season.

With their two goals scored in Saturday’s game at Children’s Mercy Park, LAFC is currently only five goals away from reaching 300 regular-season goals in franchise history. Their win also marks the Club’s second consecutive road win this season against a Western Conference team.
