LAFC signs midfielder Daniel Crisostomo to a one year deal

Announced today, LAFC signs midfielder Daniel Crisostomo to a one year deal that includes Club options for 2024 and 2025.

On August 4, 2021, Crisostomo signed a one year deal with LAFC and made 10 appearances with five starts. The California native replaced Latif Blessing in the 81st minute against Atlanta United at Mercedes Benz Stadium on August 15, 2021, making his MLS debut. He also played in two games for LAFC on two short term loans from The Lights.

Prior to his time in Vegas, Crisostomo played 50 games with 24 starts while scoring one goal for Orange County SC in the 2019 and 2020 seasons. The midfielder excelled at UC Irvine throughout his collegiate career, starting in 54 of his 74 games from 2015 to 2018. He received several awards, including Big West Midfielder of the Year and selection to the 2018 All-Big West First Team in 2018.

As LAFC signs Midfielder Daniel Crisostomo, the 26-year-old Crisostomo played 4,357 minutes over 49 games and 49 starts with the Club’s former USL affiliate, the Las Vegas Lights between 2021–2022. He recorded three goals and seven assists.
