A multi-year partnership has been announced as LAFC Partners with CarMax
LAFC partners with CarMax, the nation’s top retailer of used cars, following an announcement made on Monday. This marks Carmax’s first partnership with a professional soccer club, as they will become the Official Car Retailer of LAFC.
CarMax is now the presenting partner of LAFC’s Pre-Match Shows on every local English and Spanish language television and radio broadcasts, Carmax also becomes the LAFC’s digital parking program for all home matches at Banc of California Stadium.
“This is CarMax’s first foray into sponsoring a professional soccer club and LAFC is an innovative, community-driven organization that’s a great fit for our roster of sports partnerships,” said CarMax CMO Jim Lyski. “For more than two decades, CarMax has served the L.A. region with a uniquely easy and trustworthy car-buying and selling experience and now we have the opportunity to join our customers on match day as well.”
The Official Car Retailer of LAFC has 230 locations in 41 states across the United States. In 1999, the automotive retail company opened its first store in the city of angels and now serves the greater LA area with 14 locations while employing over 2,300 people.
