It’s official, the 34-game LAFC 2025 regular season schedule has been made public by Ticketmaster. On Saturday, February 22, at 1:30 p.m. PT, the defending U.S. Open Cup Champions will match up against Minnesota United FC in a Season Opener presented by BMO to begin their eighth season and the 30th season in league history.
Some of the biggest games played by the Black and Gold in the LAFC 2025 regular season schedule include their first ever road game against San Diego FC on March 29, a new Southern California expansion team. Rivalry games against the LA Galaxy are scheduled in Carson on May 18 and in Los Angeles on July 19. Two rematches of the 2024 Western Conference Semifinal against the Seattle Sounder will kick off at BMO Stadium on May 14 and at Lumen Field on March 8.
LAFC will host Eastern Conference opponent Atlanta United for the final home game of 2025 on October 5, marking the clubs’ sixth cross-conference matchup. The third meeting with the Chicago Fire in August and away games against CF Montréal on May 24 and the New England Revolution on August 16 are among the other noteworthy games against Eastern Conference teams.
The MLS Schedule structure will see all 34 regular season games, with 17 played at home and 17 played away, with San Diego FC joining the league as its 30th club. Clubs will play 28 games, one at home and one away, against conference opponents.
The LAFC 2025 regular season schedule will pause from season play from June 15-24 for the FIFA Club World Cup and the Concacaf Gold Cup.
