LAFC vs New England Revolution Highlights

LAFC squared off against the New England Revolution Saturday night and showed the home side why they have league best record.

Diego Rossi got LAFC off to a great start in the eighth minute with a genius looping volley off his left foot over the head of Matt Turner.

The embarrassments didn’t stop there, however. LAFC’s second goal in the 72nd minute was the product of such flawless movement and passing that the Revs defense stood by helplessly watching as the ball pinged around until it landed on a wide open Latif Blessing’s foot on the six yard box. Blessing calmly slotted it home.

The only real surprise of the night was Carlos Vela somehow not scoring. LAFC’s star repeatedly found himself in the all the places he loves to score from, but he was unable to bury any of his chances.

LAFC get another eight days now until they welcome the New York Red Bulls to Banc of California stadium.
