LAFC vs DC United Highlights
LAFC kept rolling Saturday afternoon with another beatdown, this time of DC United.
Wayne Rooney picked up a straight red early in the second half after a nasty tackle on Diego Rossi, but it hardly mattered. Rossi had already seen to that with two first half goals.
Carlos Vela opened the scoring early and immediately followed that up with an assist to Rossi. Rossi then completed his hat trick in the 76th minute with a cool near-post finish past Bill Hamid.
LAFC move to 5-0-1 on the season. And with two of the hottest goal-scorers in the league officially in sync, the club is now officially on the league’s radar as a contender.
